Remote Work Environment
Because VIDA does not have a physical office space, you can find VIDA team members working from their homes, coffee shops, or out in nature.
Health & Dental Insurance
VIDA offers and pays for 80% of health insurance premiums for team members and their families. Dental insurance is also offered.
Paid Family Leave
Take up to 12 weeks paid parental leave after the birth, adoption, or foster placement of a new child, supporting time for care, bonding, and family transition.
